Anyway nice job at Disney DU&#039;s are for sure a different animal. Sounds like you had just the right frame of mind to do well. Sounds like you&#039;re doing well and pushing it from time to time–a good thing.

My running has been very low key for quite awhile, but all of a sudden I&#039;m waking in the morning wanting to run again.  I&#039;ve been cycling some too (up to 40 miles).  Dunno if I&#039;ll ever race again . . . that&#039;s what finally burned me out after too many years of one training plan after another, and made me want to lay off . . . but I&#039;m back to enjoying my runs . . . and that&#039;s a good thing!</description>
